A dynamic Pilates class that combines traditional mat work with a variety of props and small equipment. Expect to use items such as magic circles, resistance bands, hand weights, rollers, and stability tools to challenge strength, flexibility, balance, and core control. This class delivers all the benefits of Pilates mat training while adding variety, creativity, and functional movement to keep each session fresh and engaging.
