Experience the full Pilates studio in this small-group class designed to give you access to all of the traditional Pilates equipment. Using the reformer, tower, chairs, barrels, and other apparatus, you'll build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and body awareness through a varied and engaging workout. Each class is tailored to the participants, making it appropriate for a wide range of abilities while providing personalized attention and progression.
